From 22–24 September in Novi Sad, we brought together a group of professionals for an intensive three-day workshop focused on supporting manufacturing companies in their digital and green transformation.
The workshop introduced the Factory of the Future Advisor approach, providing participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in assessing transformation needs, identifying priorities, and developing actionable transformation roadmaps for manufacturing companies.
A big thank you to all participants and partners who contributed to the workshop and to the continued development of the SMIC – Smart Manufacturing Innovation Centre as a regional platform supporting the transformation of industry in the Western Balkans.
