The workshop, organized on October 24 and 25, 2022, with the support of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), brought together industry experts, academia representatives and key stakeholders to converge and explore strategies for advancing Serbia’s manufacturing landscape.
Across the span of two days, the experts expressed their insights and recommendations on the establishment of a Smart Manufacturing Innovation Centre in Novi Sad. Furthermore, representatives from from the University of Ljubljana, shared valuable perspectives on the Terms of Reference (ToR) for SMIC Serbia, drawing from Slovenia’s rich experiences in the domain of smart manufacturing.
Throughout the workshop, participants actively engaged in discussions and dialogues, with the overarching objective of establishing a collaborative roadmap for the advancement of smart manufacturing in Serbia.
